Accessibility
If you have a special need, please contact our Box Office staff, Suzanne VanEnkevort and Lori Lavalle, with your ticket questions at xaviertheatre@xaviercatholicschools.org. We will gladly assist you in making any arrangements needed to ensure that your visit is enjoyable.
Accessible seating is available in our theatre, and must be requested in advance. Wheelchair seats are not available online; please purchase directly through the box office.
The main entrance is equipped with automatic doors. Parking and all theatre entrances are at ground level.
American Sign Language
American Sign Language Interpretation is provided at one show during the season of The Northeast Wisconsin Passion Play. Contact the Box office manager for details.
Hearing Loop System
The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre is equipped with a T-Loop hearing system. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by hearing aids equipped with telecoil technology. Personal hearing devices that hook into the T-loop are available to use, free of charge, at the box office. A photo ID is required to check one out.
Booster Seats
Booster seats are available at the box office in limited quantities.
Concessions
Refreshments are available before, after and during intermission. Only bottled water may be consumed in the theatre.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the theatre wing, in the corridor directly behind the box office.
Box Office Hours
Noon - 3:00 PM Monday and Wednesday during school season
Expanded box office hours of Monday through Friday from noon to 3:00 pm for the two weeks prior to all public shows.
When visiting the box office, please use the main theatre entrance, door #1, located under the canopy.
Open one hour prior to all public performances for walk-up sales.
Online ticket sales will close two hours before curtain.
