For the safety of all our patrons, anyone entering Xavier High School or the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre will be required to wear a mask fully covering their nose and mouth at all times.
This policy has been put in place by the St Francis Xavier Catholic School System administration with guidance from the Diocese of Green Bay and our local health department and is reevaluated on an ongoing basis. Updates to this policy will be posted as they occur.

The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre is a state-of-the-art accessible facility.
We welcome all patrons with the goal of making performances and facilities enjoyable for all.

Accessible seating is available in our theatre, and must be requested in advance. Wheelchair seats are not available online; please purchase directly through the box office.

The main entrance is equipped with automatic doors. Parking and all theatre entrances are at ground level.

Booster Seats

Booster seats are available at the box office in limited quantities.

American Sign Language  

American Sign Language Interpretation is provided at one show during the season of The Northeast Wisconsin Passion Play. Contact the Box office manager for details.

Hearing Loop System

The Xavier Fine Arts Theatre is equipped with a T-Loop hearing system. The hearing loop provides a magnetic, wireless signal that is picked up by hearing aids equipped with telecoil technology. Personal hearing devices that hook into the tloop are available to use, free of charge, at the box office. A photo ID is required to check one out.


Refreshments are available before, after and during intermission. Only bottled water may be consumed in the theatre.

Box Office Hours

Noon - 3:00 PM Monday and Wednesday during school season
Expanded box office hours of Monday - Friday
from noon to 3:00 pm for the two weeks prior to all public shows.
**When visiting the box office during school hours, please use the main theatre entrance, door #1, located under the canopy.
Open one hour prior to all public performances

Online ticket sales will close two hours before curtain.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are offered only by contacting the box office directly. Service fees apply.


Restrooms are located in the theatre wing, in the corridor directly behind the box office.
